Mas Goeroe Agoeng Willy Wetzel had a dream of spreading Poekoelan Tjimindie Tulen worldwide. Under the direction of Mas Goeroe Barbara Niggel, Tulen Centers have opened from Amsterdam to Madagascar, and from Cape Cod, to Oakland, California, all with the intention of spreading the art of Poekoelan Tjimindie Tulen.
